AFWERX Challenge is a crowdsourcing platform used by the Department of the Air Force to tackle complex problems through a structured submission, evaluation, and funding process. It invites participation from private companies, individuals, higher education institutions, and military members to propose solutions for all or part of the challenges featured on the platform. I lead the UX iteration process and interface design, ensuring an experience that drives engagement across multiple audiences.
